In Gmail, you have a brief window after clicking ‘Send’ (usually 5 to 30 seconds) to click ‘Undo’ in the notification that appears. In Outlook, you can recall an email sent within your organization by navigating to the “Sent Items” folder, opening the email, selecting “Actions,” and then “Recall This Message.” However, recall might not work if the recipient has already opened the email or if it’s sent to an external address. Always check your outgoing emails carefully before sending to minimize mistakes.
