In cases where you know the resistance (R) in ohms, you can also use the formula P = I²R, where I is the current. Additionally, if you are aware of the energy consumed over time, you can calculate power using the energy formula: Power = Energy (in joules) / Time (in seconds). Remember to always ensure that the units are consistent; volts should be measured in volts, current in amperes, and time in seconds to get accurate results.
